I had the privilege of organizing to the You Have Permission Mini-Conference, an all-day gathering for podcast listeners and community members, hosted by podcaster Dan Koch in Seattle. This event brought together progressive Christians (and post-Christians) to explore the theme, "What's Next?", in faith and church communities.

The conference featured:

• Speaker Sessions: Insightful talks from podcast guests and thought leaders like Sarah Lane Ritchie, Tony Jones, Tom Oord, Sarey Martin Concepcion, Myron Penner, Tripp Fuller, Sara Billups, and Josh Gilbert.

• Panel Discussion: A dynamic panel addressing “What’s Next for the Church?”

• Live Podcast Recording: A special Generation Gap Culture Hour episode of You Have Permission.

• Interactive Community Building: Lunch, coffee, snacks, and an afterparty to foster connections.

This event sold out at 90 people, perfect for the venue. I led the event by organizing everything from email and social media promotion to food and drink to ticketing to afterparty planning. It was a memorable experience for all involved.
